Em português (resumo): Estes são os Termos de Uso do SaaS AgentForge, operado pela Visivia. O produto entrega um sistema sob medida: você descreve o que precisa e recebe pronto. O pagamento é único (R$49 no Brasil / $9 USD internacional) e inclui 5 revisões. Oferecemos reembolso em até 7 dias, sem perguntas. O sistema entregue é fornecido "no estado em que se encontra" (as is), sem garantia de adequação a um fim específico; a propriedade do resultado é sua, e você é responsável por revisar e testar antes de usar em produção. 1. The product

SaaS AgentForge delivers a made-to-order system. You describe what you need in plain language, and you receive a ready-to-use system that runs in your browser on phone and computer.

2. Payment

Access is a one-time payment: R$49 in Brazil (card, up to 7 installments) or $9 USD internationally (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay). This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Your purchase includes 5 revisions to refine the generated output. Additional revisions can be purchased as top-ups.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email [email protected] and we will refund you.

4. The delivered system is provided "as is"

The delivered system is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or that the system is error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating the delivered system before using it in production or with real users.

5. Ownership of the output

You own the system you receive. You may use, modify, deploy, sell, or license it freely. There are no royalties and no resale restrictions on the output.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate software intended for illegal purposes, fraud, or anything that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated code.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visivia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the generated code. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil (foro brasileiro), as permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
