Privacy Policy

Em português (resumo): Esta é a Política de Privacidade do SaaS AgentForge, operado pela Visivia. Coletamos seu nome, email e WhatsApp no checkout, além da descrição do SaaS que você quer gerar, com a finalidade de entregar o produto e dar suporte. Tratamos seus dados com base na execução de contrato (LGPD). Você pode pedir acesso, correção, exclusão ou portabilidade dos seus dados a qualquer momento pelo email [email protected]. 1. Who we are (Controller)

The data controller is Visivia, which operates SaaS AgentForge (joinagentforge.com). For any privacy matter you can reach us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Your name, email address and WhatsApp number, provided at checkout.
Optionally, your country, provided at checkout.
The description of the system you ask us to build (what you type in).

We do not collect or store full card numbers. Payments are processed directly by Stripe.

3. Why we use it (Purpose)

Deliver the product — generate your SaaS and make the download available to you.
Provide support — contact you if something breaks during the build, and answer your questions.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (execução de contrato) under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018). In other words, we use your data to deliver the product you purchased and to support you.

5. Processors / Service providers (Operadores)

We rely on the following third-party processors, each only for what is needed to deliver the service:

Stripe — payment processing.
OpenAI — generating the code of your SaaS from your description.
Brevo — sending you transactional and support emails.
Cloudflare — hosting and delivering the website.

6. Local storage on your device

To unlock the builder after payment, your email is saved in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This is technical storage that stays on your device to keep you logged in across the Stripe payment round trip. We never sell or share this information.

7. Your rights (Direitos do titular)

Under the LGPD you may, at any time, request:

Access to the personal data we hold about you.
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Deletion of your personal data.
Portability of your data to another provider.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We respond as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to deliver the product, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email when appropriate.
